Orchard is designed with an employee-first philosophy — individual data is never surfaced to managers; only aggregated, anonymized metrics are shown at the team and organization level.
Orchard offers a 14-day free trial followed by a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Slack, Microsoft Outlook, Zoom, and others). Your use of those integrations is subject to the applicable third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Orchard HQ. You retain ownership of any data you bring into the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orchard HQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
